Some sort of Techology is required, not only for the world cup but the Champions & other leagues because there is sooo much money in the game now that a bad decision could cost a club millions.Lampards disallowed goal was bad ok, but does anyone seriously thing it would have changed the outcome, or have been the turning point for Englands pathetic performances?
Yes, it was a turning point. Without that goal (and it was a goal) England are still chasing the game, overcommitting their players to attack. And we all know the Germans primarily were relying on the counter attack, so with that goal the Germans would have to take some risks themselves.
Overall I don't think the Germans were playing well until the 3rd goal which came after England were exposed pushing too many players foward searching an equalizer.

Also, had it been a goal, I see the final score being 2-2 tbh. Maybe another goal either way, but England was so poor.

True, England were poor, most every player even guys like A.Cole (who is noted for quick feet) looked sluggish.
