But Wolverine Origin was a while ago. Since then he's regenerated legs in seconds after slicing them off himself, in the very last team-up he's been tossed in a trap room with lasers that cut him to pieces and in just 3 panels he's been fully healed and kicking ass, has taken a nuke and was just fine in few pages. So if his hf was down for a while it sure is back to the fullest these days. Him needing medical attention imo clearly means the writer wasnt too familliar with his hf, even if we go by his lowest display of it.
But dismembering Deadpool is far from easy, not just because of his hf but because of his combat speed looking at his dodging feats. The possibility of a well-placed shot is a more likely scenario imo, also using granades is so much in character for Deadpool I'd be surprised if he doesn't do it right away. You mentioned the fight with Logan, Im almost sure that three exploding ninja stars would be enough to at least seriously hurt MK and that can be followed with the shot. And their fighting skills are roughly equel but DP overall got physical advantages.
I believe that he's a better swordsman because of the sword feats he has. Even Taskmaster was like "holly sh!t!" when he saw Deadpool use his swords.
Not the way NC used it but he definitely used it to his advantage lots of times. For surprise attacks etc. Also CIS shouldnt stop him from doing that on a forum fight, the rules say characters should fight to their fullest using all their abilities even CIS on. For example it's not in Flash's CIS to blitz characters within the first nanosecond of the fight but it's a likely scenario in a vs forum because he's capable of that. Same should apply to DP's teleporter.
