Elektra vs. Constantine Drakon
Scenario:
These two randomly meet on the rooftops of Gotham City at High Noon. Character morals apply, they begin the fight in sight of each other. If any characters leave Gotham City they are automatically disqualified. All throwing weapons are unlimited. All weapons are adamantium.
Setting:
High Noon. Gotham City Rooftops.
Constantine Drakon - Two combat knives, Throwing knives
vs.
Elektra(No scream)- Twin Sais, throwing knives

If it gets to hand to hand, he's just faster. With his speed, only the best top-tiers can get *any* wins and even they are disadvantaged (which is why I think he should be listed as a HtH Uber-tier in the comic book forum). Drakon takes it.

Primarily the blitzing of Connor, who's quite fast himself and can fight on good terms with the likes of Lady Shiva and Richard Dragon and Cassandra Cain. If he doesn't have a problem tracking *them*, but can't react to most of what Drakon does, that says something.
Less so, catching literally dozens from arrow-family members without moving or having to show any effort is fairly impressive too (from a normal archer wouldn't be, but from Ollie or Conner+Mia is).
