Yes it is, magic-jacking is her power 🙂 Though I think the Spectre might have protections against being jacked again, she has taken his power before.

She could steal one foe's power and then do a two-on-one beatdown on the other, *or* Alice could jack both at once! She could only hold it for a minute or two probably, but Circe and Dr. Bloki Alice vs two effectively mortals? (well, Loki'd still be a good mundane fighter with asgardian muscles...).

Pretty much.

Loki is a formidable H2H opponent. If (that's a big if) he can stab here in time, they could take 2/10 IMO

I doubt it, not with Circe also there.

Yea. Circe's an immortal who is physically tough (and can amp herself to WW level strength), and if Alice has Fate's and Loki's powers then she'll be flying around at a distance from Loki. Probably use illusions to hide herself too.
