Based on feats, Strange. Even the highest Sentry feats like his showing vs. MM don't compare to Steve's best stuff.
But based on how they treated the characters in relation to one another, Sentry. So it's a weird situation of one character doing more impressive stuff overall but losing the head to head battles.

Void was so powerful that the Heroes were completely helpless. Also the Voids power were getting greater as he regain more control of Bob's dark persona.
Not only can the Strange not beat the Void he is shit scared of it. He also explains that even the end of the universe or God's fear didn't scare him but Void did. So Void is pretty bad ass.

QFT. It didn't even make sense. Strange isn't afraid of what would make God/TOAA scared...but is scared of Void? I wouldn't have minded Sentry if he was introduced as a new character in the Marvel U instead of some legendary hero we all "forgot" about.

Exactly.
He was forced into Marvel canon and set up to be "the world's most powerful and admired superhero". And then to force him into other people's canon back stories....it's just Gary Stu-ness at its best, imo.
