There is a SF series that's been out for the last 4 or so years by UDON.

The series is pretty much cannon to to the videogame due to the fact that Udon did the art for the games and want to stay true to the source material.

He's not more experienced in fighting in an arena, which is the case here. Who's defeated Blanka in the UDON series?

Danger Room plus has fought Logan to a standstill.

I remember the plane crashing in a swamp ala the water allowing the mutation to let the electricity to change him.........oh well, regardless.

Blanka doesn't have half the Agility, especially the brains. And on the savage side Beast is frightening and would crush Zangief.

The only fight I saw Blanka battle in the comic was against Zangief and I think he got the first blows but Blanka got a good bite in at the end. Zangief wouldn't even be able to land a blow on Hank.

Alright it was in Brazil a tropical climate and he ate a bunch of herbs and spices. Electric Eels ala water evolved his ability, I would consider Brazil to be more swamp than forest in my opinion. Beast kicks his ass!

It's not, even when the original vegetation coverage was still there, almost all the territory was dry land. He grew up in the amazon jungle, which is dry land, except for a much smaller seasonally flooded portion. The electric fish live in the rivers.
