Well, an average Lobo is in the "tank Superman/Captain Marvel/Valor while giving as good as he gets" range..
A high end Lobo trades shots with Despero, with zero signs of damage from two savage attacks, along with no real signs of damage or pain from being knocked into orbit by an amped up Superman, and beats the hell out of Guy Gardner.
And both Lobo and Maestro have pretty ridiculous healing factors, so this fight could go awhile.
But my gut says Maestro is the safe bet. If nothing else, he'll eventually just tear Lobo limb from limb, getting him the win.

Yes they are. Thor or Superman are on Hulk's level 99.9% of the time. Juggernaut is no stronger than Superman or Thor. Looking at their fights, I'd actually favor either Thor or Superman over Classic Juggernaut's regular level in terms of strength.
Okay genius, calculate Thor and Superman's strength level for me please. Keep in mind both have lifted an infinite amount of weight.

I asked you to calculate there levels of strength (Thor and Superman.) since apparently my claim of them being in the same class as Juggernaut, Hulk etc. was apparently foolish.

Prove to me Savage Hulk's strength is infinite while your at it.
All four, Hulk, Superman, Thor, and Juggernaut belong in the same class. All have their highs, all of them have their lows, on average they are on the same level.
If I had to rank them in strength however, it'd be:
Hulk
Superman/Thor
Classic Juggernaut
That's not true. And so has Thor except the Hulk one shot. However, Thor has outdone Hulk on two occasions in battle so it balances out.
