Not a foot race, Thanos can fly, amp his speed or use telekinesis.

IIRC there was one instance where he was flying (not levitating) but it's very old iirc.

EDIT: That doesn't mean that I would say he wins by flying.

Current Quicksilver can run half the globe in 92 seconds.
