I want to wait and see what the new armor can do.

It's supposed to be Extremis+ so hopefully, something awesome.

As is, even without telepathy, which should be ineffective against Tony anyway due to how his mind has been wired like a hard drive, J'onn should win a hefty majority.

Even if mindrape were a viable option, J'onn likely couldn't do so anyway (for reasons Jake already mentioned.) As for energy attacks: there's no reason why Tony couldn't absorb them. As for J'onn offensively phasing: Tony has shown immunity to such tactics in the past.

MM wins, though.

Maybe not, depending on exactly what Starks defenses are to phasing, but he can phase through energy attacks.

Laser beams and heat vision being some examples.

But he can morph some REALLY potent cutting tools. Potent enough to skewer Etrigan the Demon or Ultraman, an evil Superman clone.

He should be capable of opening up Starks armor like a tin of sardines.
