OR has the death phermones but doc ock has 4 tentacles vs omegas 2
so with that in mind i would pick doc ock
he can simply grab omega reds tentacles and proceed to operate on OR bunghole with the remaining 2

Spider-man's CIS stop him from punching Ock's head off. He often beats him with just a punch anyway. Also its not like Spider-man could beat OR with his death spores. Only in ultimate universe..😄

PS: Ock has 8 tentacles now and he's a cyborg. 😮‍💨
