i dont think mikaboshi has a gender he is a shape shifter and has took on many different forms, he took the form of a shadow once and this other form were he looks kinda like a mini black shuma gorath, it also took the form of that skrull god

This all mean nothings until he does it and unless it is under he own power. The best he has done is take out Zeus which only happen when Zeus was distracted by Ares and his kid
