He would get tired. It was an entropy gun, it affected the Celestial because it was losing energy from an earlier attack (meaning that Reed just accelerated the energy-lose ratio from such energy bleed)

That billion dollar comment was typical over the top Millar stuff. He'd probably have Reed solve it by inventing a machine that can generate free infinite energy for the entire world by tapping into the Big Bang of another Universe or something else that's out there.
