I'd say Saya wins this one since she specialises in using a sword while Hime uses a wide range of different weapons. It would be very close though.

Isn't Saya significantly superhuman? Hime's still only physically as able as a human, just a pretty badass one.

Her abilities are never really shown to pass above maybe low metahuman, I think.

She killed Diva, who was above human, pushing a steel door off its hinges and moving faster than the eye can see.
