Lex Luthor vs Captain Marvel, and Sivana vs Superman

What if Lex and Sivana switched enemies?

1. Who does better for it?

2. Can either of them get even a single victory?

I think Sivana could defeat Supes. His weaknesses are easier exploited then Captain Marvel's (who Siv has managed to own in the past.) I do not, however, think that Lex could beat Marvel with the same type of succession.

Kingdom Come anyone... Lex sure owned, literally, the Cap there.

Truthfully, Luthor really can't stop the Cap but Supes weaknesses are easily exploitable. Sivana can take him.
