Phoenix & Onslaught vs. Silver Surfer & Thanos

This Jean Grey Phoenix & Onslaught w/ Franklin & Nate.

Who wins?

If somehow a stomp for team 1, Thanos is allowed to use the IG.

Team 1 wins most of the time however it could depend on which
version of the pheonix but I see onslaught taking out thanos
without much trouble the IG would make it a stomp for team 2
but again it depends on the pheonix but I do se them winning
that one

This is just my opinion but I could be wrong I'm open to suggestion

Surfer is highly outclassed in this match. We have a Cosmic Entity, The Infinity Gauntlet, and arguably the most powerful Telepath w/ reality manipulation.

Without the infinity gauntlet, team 1 stomp.
With the infinity gauntlet, team 2 stomp.

And Thanos is way more powerful that Onslaught. But Jean clears the field (unless Thanos got the gauntlet).
