Runner can probably go uncounsious for the same reason juggs can.Technically they are both unkillable(although runner is more so)but juggs can still go uncounsious through mindrape.I'm sure there is a certain point at which he can go uncounsious.Being an elder doesn't give an benefits besides immortaility and unkillability... 😖hifty:

But oblivion is on the same power level of death so he might be able to kill them because he has that massive of power.DP tyrant doesn't.
