A) His telepathy has already shown to work on Marrina B) those scans were to show his telepathy works on humanoids not just marine life. Nor are those scans his best tp feats

How about: Aquaman (no tp, no wh), Namor with trident vs Triton and Marrina?

Geez, its hard to balance aquatic heroes.

If it's Marrina in her true form she stomps everyone.
