Complaining about shopping websites

Hey guys, I have bought like £250 worth of clothes from an online shop, I have been using this site for years and it is one o the top sites in its field so I know its not dodgy.

i ordered my stuff on april 5th 2010, and its been 8 weeks and still nothing.

everytime i email them they reply with "you will receive your things soon, sorry blah blah blah"

who do i complain to to get a refund on my stuff cause i would rather just go downtown and buy the items.

Bit late reply, but contact your credit card company.

Did you call the company or write?The best place to go online is Amazon they do there orders fast and are never late.

Depends whether they deduct the money from your card when you order or when it is despatched...Some places do the latter and so you can just cancel the order and take your business elsewhere.

If they do the former then you'd have a case of some kind of recompense based on not supplying the goods in good time from purchase.

Call them, if possible. Talk to a supervisor, demand a refund.

Next time just go with Paypal. I stop using credit cards for online shopping 3 years ago. Never gone back.
