If this is Wildstorm Void, she's been partially retconned to have only part of the universal-level power she displayed in Armageddon. It's unclear how much of that power she retains, so it's hard to determine a clear winner. At her universe-rewriting peak, she wins easily. Currently, hard to say, though I'd favor Thanos on a hunch.

Well, I thought it was obvious that it was Marvel's Void.
