Warlock absorbed souls with the Soul Gem.
Galactus threatened to absorb his realm.
And Mephisto threw the Surfer fight.
There's the battle between Strange/Doom vs Mephisto though where they're less than gnats to him, and Mephisto gets his body destroyed by anti-matter only to reform a second later. He's pretty much Void with much higher powers in Hell.

Actually, yes, I'm reasonably certain he can't be destroyed in his domain where he is effectively God. Unless you can prove otherwise? Void hasn't shown the ability to absorb or other siphon souls from Mephisto's realm.
