Impressive. How much involvement is there with Blade and Spitfire in that issue? Anyone picking up X-Men: Curse of the Mutants - Blade #1 today?
This issue actually touched on their relationship a tad. I'm just curious where she's going to be at during the Curse of the Mutants arc.

And I didn't pick up the Blade issue today but if anybody did please spill the beans.

Blade leading the charge against he Klaw and Krieger Sects. Anyone who read Death of Dracula knows how skilled they are:

blade performs a nice shot while fighting off the sects:

survives falling out of an exploding plane:

everyone should check this out, really good issue.

I didn't know Blade knew how to fly a plane. He looked to be pretty high up maybe a few hundred feet when he jumped out of it. Must have been a rough landing though with all those rocks around.

good durability feat, seeing as he would slam into the mountain side at the speed the plane was moving at.

I don't think he slammed into the side of the mountain, he most likely just fell straight down.

well if the book followed physics he would still be moving at the same speed as the airplane when he hopped out

but some writers do tend to ignore that

Air resistance, he would slow down initially before accelerating again.

he jumped out half the length of the plane away from the side of the mountain. air resistance wouldn't have enough to time to slow him down a considerable amount.

Dude thats not a feat........she was clearly not using her super speed........

How do you know?

becuase I not an idiot. Blade nowhere near the speed of a speedstir. They were heading some where togather, she not going to move at super speeds when she dam well knows blade can't keep up. Also you see what she looks like when she moves at super speed at the very last pannel.

Sometiems you let your fanboyish love of blade blind you badly.

I just needed to hear you say that. It's all for good purpose.

You mean read it. Your not hearing me say anything, im not speaking. More of this childish games I see.

Seriously?

Snoop I think I see what you are doing.

That's not Blade "keeping pace" with Spitfire, that's Spitfire letting Blade keep up with her by not using her super speed. It's like when you are riding a bike beside a friend who is walking so you can talk... and then your friend saying "Look I can keep up with a bike on foot!"
