This, although they lose more often than not and there would be deaths among them. JLA has taken a fair number of skyfathers to hang in there a while.

Dr. Light Plus Superman should give the JLA a big big gun in a sun amped Superman.
Zatanna and Wonder Woman can run some trivial interference. If Flash boosted everyone with Speed, it could get interesting.

I think King thor with the Odinpower should be able to counter any amp given to Superman. I think the JLA biggest problem is they have no direct counter to the Odinpower. On a physical level they could wear king Thor down however the Odinpower gives Thor too many options to stop the team cold.

It's a long shot, but the JLA can get some wins.

JLA's back up is crucial to them winning. Not sure if most can survive the kind of damage output King Thor is capable of dealing out.
