It is revealed she kinda cheated to beat Chun Li. Chun was distracted by a boy standin' near by and Juri took advantage. Juri through out the fight, clearly had an upper hand but who knows how it really woulda turned out.
Juri did casually kick a missile at close range and her aura stopped bullets from an unrealistically big an powerful machine gun. She also casully fire blasts wit great destructive force, tunin' her into a one woman army. She was just so blasse about beatin' up a hyper heavy armed unit of soldiers.
