Can these guys capture and absorb galactus powers

seeing as an advance alien race somehow captured and was draining galactus power before

how would these guys do with prep

2.can they cure his hunger
3. can they absorb his power

You are wrong.

Thanos doesn't fully understand Galactus' tech

In Annihilation, Thanos is using Galactus' tech to siphon off Galactus' energies

The stuff in your pic is merely tech to keep Galactus in place/feed him enough energy to keep him alive but comatose.

The actual draining/synthesizing of energy is from Galactus' own tech, to which Annihilus' power generators are connected.
