Battle takes place wherever Ultron wants to on the DC universe.

With the prep and option to choose where the fight takes place, Ultron can take this.

No way he can defeat the batman if he uses the batmovile

Ultron can take this at least 6/10.He's got good advantages here.Unless mobile machine shaped like a bat can get him he wins.

the JLA is already prepped for every battle scenario against Amazo. He is superior to Ultron. They win.

Good thing JLA gets no prep and that Ultron is far smarter and more devious than amazo who basically just goes in and punch and shoot people. Don't get me wrong he is really good at that but Ultron with prep is pretty serious.

Ultron has bested avengers,inhumans,and FF at the same time and was only stopped by franklin(or agatha I forget)
