Helmut Zemo 'w moonstones vs Genis-Vell (Full potential)

It's Zemo and moonstones, against Genis-Vell when he was fused with his much older, much more experience alternate timeline self in his mini series.

Who wins?

Zemo was pretty awesome in the Thunderbolts series. The way he fought Grandmaster, he could probably take even high heralds like Surfer..

But I'm thinking Genis with the experience boost can take him. They were basically stalemating, with Zemo needing an outside party to actually finish Genis off..

I love full potential.

Zemo and the freaked-out Genis in Thunderbolts was a close match. iirc Zemo said that Genis would have beaten him if he hadn't attacked him during his breakdown. So Genis wins here.
