Tony Stark vs Scott Summers

Cyclops has his scene in X2 and Stark displayed hints throughout the Iron Man 2 that he had learned some martial arts. I think I have to give this to Cyclops here. Stark does not have his suit with him, he's dressed in his boxing garments. Cyclops is dressed in regular clothing. For this match his powers have been stripped from him to prevent hell breaking lose if either his visor or shades were to come off in battle.

Fights in a UFC cage. Fight to KO. Who wins?

Stark get's his ass kicked. It's not a huge disparity in skill level. But Scott has years on Stark in terms of fighting experience.

Scott showed better fighting feats in X2.
