Also hulk has more power then the power gem.Hulk has never shown to have limits but he has also never been shown to reach those limits.

I guess by virtue of his power set, Hulk could possibly get "infinite rage/strength" but he'd be pawned before he even reached that point by RKT.

Rage has limits though.

this is what the power gem does
