Blood Riot Leona VS Chun Li

I can't really say how powerful Leona truly is. I do know that in her normal form, she can create a cutting aura on her hands and feet (as a young girl, she cut down a tree with her hand). She can also shoot cutting balls and has explosive daggers and earings. When she goes Riot of the Blood, she's pretty fast and easily overwhelmed Clark and Ralf.

It seems that she would give Chun Li problems but the street fighter was able to beat Urien in a fight who I imagine is above RotB Leona. Also a Kikosho caused a wide level of destruction in a forest and left a mini-canyon.

I say Chun Li wins.

Could go either way for me. If Chun-Li can pull off her Kikosho in time, Blood Riot Leona is toast. But if Leona gets in melee range quick enough, Chunner is ripped to pieces.
