If Hulk is as tall as I think he is, they're about the same height. And it's kinda like a classic fight for Hulk, as Regigigas standard is far stronger than basic Hulk. But then you take into account Slow Start versus the time it'll take Hulk to rage moar, and I think we might have a fight.
I didn't see Colossus being the problem. I was looking at Wolverine's Godmetal bones as the main problem. I thought Iron Man for range to help against X, but he is probably outclassed in most other areas.
Mario is definitely stronger than Batman. And despite being very short is really athletic. Batman is just Batman, but tends to do extraordinarily well for a human. I can't really prove that Luigi is on the same level as Mario as he's just an optional character in most games, but he could be. Mario tosses Bowser. The reason I put him against Batman is because I know that castle tossing won't go over well here.
Kessler can travel through time, but I don't know if it was only once or not. It's just called a one way trip.
