Unless the show goes wildly off course and ignores two fatal scenarios, Glenn is dead regardless. Not saying he's killed at the dumpster, but when Negan shows up, that's Glenn's original ticket punch right there. So either the walkers got him, or Negan's gonna bash his skull open like he did in the comics.
