you know what he did get subdued pretty easily by those cops after a brief fight and nemo fought those guys in metallic armor but he had help

I'm gonna with Nemo. He looks to be the more formally practiced martial artist. Though, i think it would be close due to Rorschach's craziness... he may resort to biting or eye gouging if he's losing.

Rorschach definitely can take more of a beating.

Don't count on it. Nemo got hit by Super Hyde.
