Jesus hit by lightning

OMG this is so funny.

Why would God let this Jesus be hit by lightning?

Because it's idolatry.

It worked for Zeus' statue...

That's what happens when you ask him to create a rock so massive that He can't lift it.

It's so 'Jesus' shining light could shine down upon all, or at least those passerby's.

he said not to worship him.

Jesus is flaming. fireman

It was a really ugly state of Jesus, maybe that was why it was hit by lightning.

"Uh-Oh! Now you've done it!"

Statue.

Yeah it was pretty crappy.

It would be quite a scene if the skies open and we hear a thundering voice from above saying:

"Don't Go There!"

*snap-snap*

Statue... and what's with his legs? Was he standing in a hole?

Something similar happened near me a couple of weeks ago...A lightning storm only damaged one building...a church...It seriously damaged the church spire...The irony being that the insurance company aren't paying out for it because it was an "act of God".

That's also ironic.

Also, the 'Acts of God' clause in insurance policies is really stupid. What is the point of insurance if it doesn't cover you when you need it? AHA!
