Deathstroke vs X-Men

Deathstroke has access to over sixty hours worth of Danger Room footage and one day to prepare a strategy to defeat the following X-Men team:
Cyclops
Beast
Shadowcat
Nightcrawler
Angel
Cannonball

With his gear consisting of his sword, an MP-5 smg, a few flashbang grenades, and his trusty bo-staff can he take down the X-Men?

Encounter takes place in a random street in downtown New York, the X-Men don't know he's gunning for them.

if he is smart he snipes cannonballs and leaves booby trap grenades for them to walk into and takes them out in the chaos..

i changed my mind he lets them walk into the trap and then makes sure he takes out shadowcat 1st if she makes it then cannon balls if he is alive
