NemeBro already disproved that, and it doesn't matter anyway. Chris has superior showings of strength then Leon. Leon being > Chris would make no sense, so even IF the canisters were right, Leon STILL wouldn't be > Chris.

Leon already took a massive hit from a G-Monster and was pretty much fine.

Combine that with his superior agility to Chris and he can either dodge or take every one of Chris' punches.

Strength isn't everything. Chris may be stronger but who cares if he can't ever hit Leon.

Chris took punches from Wesker, reacted to Wesker, and manages to hit Wesker.

The only thing Leon has over Chris is agility.
