No. The Mandalorian Wars were, at this point, thousands of years settled. In order for it to have been a "continuation," the factors and motives behind the original war would still have to apply. For instance, if North and South Korea go into open warfare again, then the Korean war would continue. This is because the war never officially ended (unlike the Mandalorian War) and the causes of the new war would be the same (while the Clone Wars were definitely not caused by the same thing as the Mandalorian War).
