Not really.Just like the infinity gems are supposed to be invincible.Yet when UN nullified universe/multiverse they were supposedly destroyed and recreated.The writers don't bother about other things stronger then them being destroyed and recreated.I mean are they just going to say and everything was destroyed...except MJJ.

But the writers really don't bother about that stuff.They just say she re-created the omniverse and not what she didn't affect.

It was pretty much implied that SW was the most powerful being during HOM, when she was at her peak, with one of the biggest feats in comic history.
