It's only Baron Mordo, though. Most of the people in the world don't even know he exists. TBH, it's a wasted opportunity. Ejiofer should have played a better character, IMO.

"Only" Baron Mordo? Strange's main human villain. The other one is a flaming skull demon from another reality...

Yeah, Mordo isn't very well known. Comic fans know him, but casuals would probably only know him from when he appeared in Spider-man TAS. That's if they even remember that was him.

I think they should have Dormammu for the second movie. With Shuma Gorath being the main villain for the third.

There was also that Dr Strange animated movie, Not sure how many casuals watched that one.

Baron Mordu is a good warmup enemy, like Iron Monger in the first Iron Man or Ras Al Ghul & Scarecrow in Batman Begins. Strange will have his hands full soon as part of the coalition against Thanos in Infinity War, I'm sure.

Next year is going to be too awesome for words....Cap 3: Civil War AND Dr. Strange.... This out of all the upcoming Marvel movies is the one I want to see the most (besides Infinity Wars obviously). I can't wait to see Benedict's take on Strange..
