Help with avatar

Can someone please help me with my new avatar?

I have one that goes with my new signature and I can't upload it to the KMC database because it is a .art file and I don't know how to make it a .gif or .jpg

If someone could switch it to one of those files for me I would greatly appreciate it.

here you go mate..it's as simple as it gets. you open it with paint and save it as a jpeg..or simply print screen it and do the saving afterwards.
