How does the tier thing work? Just because a version of Hulk is more powerful than another version, does't mean that it is a tier higher.

Only strength and durability was increased. And the change wasn't really all significant as Grey Hulk destroyed an asteroid bigger than the earth in one punch with help of some springs. That feat dwarfs WBH' feat.

Yes only strength durability and HF were increased.
But considering WWH already took multiple nukes,BB's voice,all out sentry,and adamantium bullets go up from that thats insanely high.And his strength was already off the charts(this is just a guesstimate but i'd say around a couple thousand tons.)Add that with the near limitless boost of the PG,an adamanium skeleton, and the red ring + fist shape of doomsday and a years worth of knowledge of how to use red ring and PG i'd say he can beat odin.
