Despero vs. Superboy Prime

I was looking at the fights each had and it seems like Despero in Virtue and Vice was doing much better against multiple top tiers than Superboy prime was.

So who is really stronger? Who is more durable? Both at thier height of non amped showings.

Well Despero did beat Marvel,Superman,WW and Power Girl in like 2 panels....
