Odin can physically amp his strength beyond the Hulk. Even Thor while on recently actually accessing the Odin Force and using it far below it's potential can amp to the point he can dent Captain America's shield.
Ulik is not a Class 70. His a legit Class 100. Even in those stupid handbooks they rank him as Class 90 or so.
And Thor's been able to beat the utter shit out of Ulik rather swiftly.
