not to mention he did it in more than one occurances, and even seth who is a low skyfather was destroying galaxys

Opening the the vs thread with the stipendium that anyone related to Rune King Thor can be summoned is far to wide because it can basically mean anything from family members to someone he meet on the bus, it can in it's broadest sense mean that Thor can summon Galactus or Eternity. Going by the first definition of the word, related, I would personally think of a relative to Thor and among Thor's relatives there is only Odin that can have a significant impact on the fight imo, yet I think FP Tyrant will still win but he will have to work for it. Now going by the broadest or even the more open (including the like of Oshtur etc) it's obvious that Tyrant is going to get his ass handed to him.
