Well she really cant effect him in anyway, the only even pluasble thing is trying to freeze him but if that even works he'll use his chains to free himelf. (even if it would shatter himself. he can reform from pretty much anything)
I do understand how powerful Ghost Rider is, and I think Samus can provide a fight. And unless there are some crazy good heat and reaction feats, I don't believe I'm wrong. I may be correct even if there are those.

Depending on how you define "life-energy," all the time. A case could be made for the Metroids themselves draining souls. The other is a being known as Gorea, a powerful psychic that can drain souls on multiple planets at once. As for other supernatural threats, there have been several ghosts, including Chozo Ghosts, tortured souls known as Coverns, and their boss, Phantoon. Phazon has driven the afforementioned Chozo Ghosts insane. On occasion Samus has resisted the Ing (demons) and their spiritual possession ability, as well as their transdimensional attacks. Magic is rarer in the series, but there have been Reptilicus that attack Samus with bolts of it, as well as the Mogenar Golem and its rune covered hands.

dont understand the need for heat feats, he kills you with hellfire regardless of hea resitance. its just destroys your soul
Samus is not a space pirate. Thank you for proving to me you know absolutely nothing about the series. Metroid tech happens to be incredibly good. For example, Samus' ship is capable of traveling at 72 times the speed of light. Ridley, that big meany purple dragon, can keep up with that. He can also rather easily damage spaceship hulls which by their very nature are durable, especially a gunship like Samus'. Ridley also breathes Plasma. Samus deals with this pretty handily on a regular basis. Can you agree she must have something rather good?
Edit: Nah Jalek, the heat feats are not to prove hellfire resistance. I just wanted to know how much heat he can produce.

The ghosts i can see as a soul related thing. Are the others actually stated souls are as u said life-energy? because if both are stated that seems to say they are different things in the series.
I just really think people that can actually be harmed are a better fight for her. Do to the nature of the character of Ghost rider pretty much if you arent a magic based person you arent doing much, and even then its very hard. (Dr straneg killed him and he was up and fine withen seconds. And Satan destroyed his head and it instantly reformed) Let alone his numerous insta kill attacks

Metroids do life energy, Gorea was actually stated as consuming the spirits of his victims. And there's phazon, which affected the Chozo Ghosts as I said before.
