Batman vs Owlman (from Earth 3 I think it is)

Location is a warehouse, there is wooden crates around along with containers etc.

No prep time.

All gadgets they are shown to normally wear are allowed.

Everything goes.

stalemate! Though, Batman has a minute edge due to being less pragmatic in his tactics.

I don't really know too much about Owlman, but I assume if he's exactly equal to Bruce, but evil, he will win.

He doesn't care about killing Bruce, but Bruce won't kill him.

I think he had enhanced atributes due to drugs.
