Tampa tanya !

please send me links to learn quenya! i need to know so that i can use it in my fanfiction ^.~

nevermind! i just found the link legolas luver posted.

I have never quite understood the 'Quenya' obsession; virtually no-one speaks it in Middle-Earth. The Elves speak Sindarin.

I thought mae govvanen meant well done

Mae govannen means 'well met' or 'welcome.'

dulin:
du - 'night/dimness'
lin - 'song or pool'

Auta Miquila Orqu:
auta - 'is passing'

I can't translate the rest. Or I'm just too lazy.

Here's a challenge: "Yéni ve lintë yuldar avánier." - Galadriel's Lament in Lorien. FOTR/p. 394

Namarrie means farewell

and I have a list of others if you want to know insults and how to say I hate you ans I love you

hannon le-? ?

namaarie- farwell

mae govannen- well met

le ab-dollen- ? ?-?

that's all i know. i know a lot more. i just don't know them 2
