Yeah, Cinder was cheap...but he was also one of my favorites.

Yeah, at first I mained Cinder, but I switched to Jago.

Based on feats, Scorpion likely takes it, though the speed Cinder gets from his torpedo moves could give him some trouble.

And Cinder is more similar to Blaze (before he had that bigger form in Armageddon) if ya ask me.

Maybe in terms of appearance but as for his role, he's more like Scorpion to me.
