Well, Mon El was a peer of pocket universe Superboy, who had PC stats.

On the other hand, mainstream post crisis Lar Gand was never really portrayed above Supermans level.

But yeah, Mon El of the LOSH takes this.

Monel doesn't mess around. He's actually a beast in the LOSH series. And the LOSH knows their history and will know what Adam is capable. That includes Mon.

That doesn't mean he will go all out as quickly as Adam would.
