He can drain the ring then Borg can make another then another then another. Borg maybe less durable but his striking power is amplified by constructs

Cyborg may not be as durable as supes but he took a galaxy destroying blast and wasnt totally disentegrated. Since he wanted to die he probably shut down shields as well.
