well its funny that b4 he died he WAS listed at 75 or 80 tons but when he came back he was 100+ kinda funny when you think about that small fact

The first time Colossus was ever listed as Class 100 was after he came back? Heh.

As said previously, I don't recall any upgrades being mentioned. As I understood it, he got stronger the older he got. He finally reached the levels his currently when he became an adult. But hey, if he was given upgrades by other forces, I'm fine with it.

It was stated even before his strength went to 100+ that his stats would increase with age.

Colossus was ranked at Class 100 before he died. He noted himself and others have noted he was stronger than he used to be. All before he died. As far as I know there is not proof that Colossus was upgraded after he was brought back.

AW will beat Colossus down, all out Colossus doesn't have a chance at all. AW is one of the few beings that Thanos respects out right, and that's for a good reason, since it was Warlock that killed him. Strength and durability can go only so far you needother abilites, and Colossus doesn't have what it takes to take down Aw. 10/10
